§ 13.05.050. Qualifications of applicants or bidders.

A.

An applicant or bidder for a lease is qualified if the applicant or bidder:

1.

Is an individual at least 18 years of age;

2.

Is a group, association, or corporation which is authorized to conduct business under the laws of Alaska; or

3.

Is acting as an agent for another and has qualified by filing with the city manager a proper power of attorney or a letter of authorization creating such agency. The agent shall represent only one principal to the exclusion of himself or herself. The term "agent" includes real estate brokers and agents.
